What Makes a Good IT Store?

There are probably thousands of stores out there dealing with IT products, be it PCs, software, various digital gadgets to more specialized hardware for the hardcore computer enthusiasts. My question is this: What would make an IT store worth going into and making a purchase apart from offering a low price? Would it be service? Trustworthiness? Technical support? Office hours? Please post as many ideas as you like, as I would like to know what the best IT store would have. Who knows, maybe some store owners out there will read this and you might benefit from it
